El próximo jueves 8 de diciembre se celebrará The Game Awards 2022, este evento es considerado actualmente la entrega de premios más importante en la industria de los videojuegos. Durante la presentación suelen revelarse una gran cantidad de sorpresas, entre las que se incluyen tráilers, avances de juego y otras extra.
A diferencia del año pasado, el evento contará con 31 categorías entre las que destacan Mejor Multijugador, Mejor Estudio, Mejor Juego Familiar, Mejor Juego para Móviles, Mejor Banda Sonora, Mejor Juego Independiente y -obviamente- el máximo galardón de la noche: Mejor Juego del Año 2022 (GOTY).
La entrega de premios, como suele ser costumbre, estará a cargo de Geoff Keighley, organizador del evento, quien además estará acompañado a lo largo de la noche de diferentes invitados que harán de la noche todo un espectáculo.
Dónde ver y a qué hora
La gala virtual de The Game Awards será este jueves 8 de diciembre a las 15:00 horas (Los Ángeles), 23:00 horas (Londres) y 08:00 horas del viernes (Tokio); en el caso de México la transmisión será a las 17:00 horas.
La entrega de premios a lo más destacado del mundo de los videojuegos podrá seguirse en vivo en las plataformas de The Game Awards como YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, Twitch, Steam y TikTok.
¿Cómo votar por tu favorito?
Para poder elegir a tus juegos, jugadores y creadores favoritos en The Game Awards 2022 es necesario que te registres e ingreses a la página oficial de la premiación; puedes hacerlo utilizando tu cuenta de Twitter, Facebook o Gmail en el apartado que dice Sign In.
Una vez que te registres, te aparecerá en la parte superior de arriba el apartado de nominados, da clic ahí y podrás comenzar a votar por tu favorito de cada categoría.

La competencia está muy reñida entre todos los nominados al juego del año, mismos que destacaron del resto por su diseño, narrativa, música y otros elementos convirtiéndose en los juegos más queridos de 2022.
